Ingredients
- 2 large sliced bananas
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1.5 cups flour
- 3/4 cups of sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1 stick melted butter
- 3 very ripe bananas, peeled and roughly chopped
- Chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line the bottom of a loaf pan with sliced banana and powdered sugar.
- Into a large bowl pour the flour, sugar, baking powder, brown sugar, eggs, Javy Coffee Concentrate, melted butter and chopped bananas. Stir it together until there are no dry streaks left. Add the chocolate chips if desired.
- Scrape the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake in the oven until a tester inserted into the loaf comes out clean, about one hour.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool slightly in the tin. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely and then serve in slices.
