Brown Sugar Espresso with Pumpkin Cold Foam
Fall, also known as pumpkin everything, is the perfect season to experiment with pumpkin, especially with classics such as brown sugar espresso. Mixing the sweetness of the brown sugar with the unique taste of pumpkin.
This creamy drink is made with oat milk, for a vegan option. Besides, oat milk adds density and texture to the drink, excluding the need to use creamer or cream to make the cold foam.

Ingredients
- 6 oz hot water
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1-2 tsp Javy Pumpkin Spice Coffee Concentrate
- Ice cubes
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 spoon pumpkin pure of pumpkin spice syrup
- Dash ground cinnamon
Directions
- Dilute the hot water, Javy coffee concentrate, a dash of cinnamon, and brown sugar in a cup or mason jar, seal it and shake the cup until all the ingredients are combined, add the ice and shake the mixture again.
- Pour 1/2 cup of oat milk and set aside.
- In a different container mix the oat milk and pumpkin pure or syrup using a milk frother. Needs to become thick and with foam.
- Fill the rest of the brown sugar shaken coffee with the pumpkin cold foam. Don’t forget to stir it up!
