Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana previously sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 Javy Coffee cup strong brewed chilled 120 mL (2 and 1/2 teaspoons)
  • 1/2 cup milk (any variety) 
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding more milk as necessary to reach a consistency to your liking. 
  2. Optionally top with a sprinkle of chocolate and serve immediately.
