Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 1/2 tsp Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1 tsp baking powder
- You can use melted chocolate and yogurt as toppings
Directions
- Heat a pan to medium heat and lightly coat the pan with some oil.
- Mix all of the ingredients together until a batter forms
- Spoon 2 tbsp of the batter onto the pan and cook for a few minutes, then flip and cook for another few minutes. (Feel free to add a few choc chips into the batter when cooking!)
- Layer the pancakes with some yogurt and melted chocolate
