Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp Javy Coffee Concentrate
- 1 pack coconut cream (33.8 fl oz)
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1/2 vanilla extract
Directions
- Add the coconut cream to a bowl and beat it with a mixer for around 15 minutes.
- Add 4 tablespoons of honey, 1 tablespoon of Javy Coffee and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix it again for a few minutes with the stand mixer.
- Transfer the batter to a plastic bowl with lid and let it freeze for about 2 hours and half.
- While homemade ice cream is best the day it is made, you can technically keep it frozen for up to a few weeks and thaw before eating.
