Ingredients

To make the sugar-free cinnamon vanilla syrup:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener Granulated
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

To make the Iced cinnamon vanilla cold foam coffee:

  • 1-2 tsp sugar-free cinnamon vanilla syrup +
  • 2 tsp Javy Coffee Concentrate
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • Dash of ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes

Directions

To make the sugar-free cinnamon vanilla syrup:

Combine the water, granulated Monk Fruit Sweetener and cinnamon stick in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat on the stove.

Whisk to combine, and heat until just before boiling. The mixture should thicken enough to lightly coat the back of a spoon that is dipped into it.

Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Allow it to cool completely. It should become thicker.

Remove the cinnamon sticks and store the mixture in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 10 days.

To make the Iced cinnamon vanilla cold foam coffee:

Pour ⅔ cup of unsweetened almond milk over a six-ounce cup. Place ice, Javy Coffee concentrate, and the sugar-free cinnamon vanilla syrup over. Stir it up.

In another recipient, pour ⅓ cup of chilled almond milk, and start frothing the milk for 30 to 60 seconds on medium speed, until you see a thick foam forming. Add ½ tsp of sugar-free cinnamon vanilla syrup for extra sweetness. Remember: the longer you froth, the thicker the foam will be.

Top with the cold foam and ground cinnamon.

Serve immediately.
