Ingredients
For the Iced White Chocolate Mocha
- 1-2 tsp Javy Coffee Concentrate (french Vanilla or White Chocolate Mocha)
- 1 Cup milk
- 3/ 4 good quality white chocolate bar
- 4 tbsp of water
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
- 3-4 Tbsp whipped cream (Optional)
For the White Chocolate Mocha Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Heavy cream
- 8 tsp White chocolate chips
Directions
For the White Chocolate Mocha Sauce
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until lightly simmering, about 5 mins
- Bring the milk to a gentle steam and simmer on low heat. Stir often to ensure it does not burn. Once steaming, add the chocolate and let it melt.
For the Iced White Chocolate Mocha
- Add the chocolate and let it melt. Keep the cream on low heat and cook gently, around 5 mins, until the cream has thickened slightly. Let it freeze in the refrigerator. We do recommend storing this in a squeeze bottle for practical use.
- Add vanilla extract, mix well and taste and adjust for sweetness with your preferred sweetener.
- Take the milk off the heat and let it cool while adding water to the shaker and the coffee concentrate, stir it up until it’s completely dissolved.
- Add half of the white chocolate milk and then 4-5 ice cubes.
- Let the milk chill slightly before closing the lid of the drink shaker.
