Ingredients
Homemade Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons canned pumpkin puree
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespons sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew
- 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
- 1 cup cold brew Javy Coffee (use 2 teaspoons)
- 3/4 cup of ice
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin spice syrup
- optional: Garnish with some pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- Make the pumpkin spice syrup by combining the water, sugar, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the condensed milk and vanilla, then let it cold
- To make the drink, add the vanilla syrup to a 16-oz glass or cup, then add the mighty Javy Coffee and stir it
- Add the ice
- Combine the heavy cream and milk in a blender and blend on low speed for 10 seconds, or until the mixture is thick.
- Add the pumpkin spice syrup and mix for 3 seconds, gently pour this over the cold brew. and DO NOT STIR IT
- Sprinkle a little pumpkin pie spice over the top, then serve it up and enjoy!
